Quite surprised to see so few sign-ups at this stage. I hadn't yet as I was considering taking a season off V8s, my never ending streak of bad luck has really kicked my confidence in the balls! However, if it helps to spur on sign-ups, I will once again attempt to tame the beast. I'm assuming I don't have to re-submit my livery as it will stay the same?

I'm planning on it but I think my new work schedule is going to make it hard for me to be competitive--I'll be getting off work at 6. Now I'll be working really close to home, so I know when I get into the server it'll be maybe with like 10 mins left of qualifying.

I'm not going to be able to commit simply because I'm putting efforts into my own GT3 League and just don't have time for both. I've just had too many requests to run my own League that I simply cannot ignore it anymore.
I'm too inconsistent and crappy in the V8 to suit up. I require lots of practice not to kill myself and/or other drivers and time just doesn't allow for this anymore.
I'd still like to run a few V8SC races on my favorite tracks but that's 1 or 2 races/Season (max).
My apologies.

we need to make a decision, 10 participants isn't going to cut it for a series
do we continue on or pull the plug?

I always plan to be back, but it's not going to be for a few more weeks for sure. Sorry to hear the turnout is low.

I would prefer not, but for me, if I'm being honest with myself and you guys, it might be tough for me to make most races because of the time I get of work now. Although, I will be working at the same apartment complex in which I will be living (as of Oct 1), the problem is that the sessions start at 5:30 and I'm off work and home 40 minutes later. That gives me nearly no time to get home, settled in, and ready to put in an hours worth of racing. I know when the time changes that I won't be able to make the official races either. A 6:15 start time is just too hard to make. I might have to start racing the Sunday/Monday SOF races if I want to get my V8SC fix in.

I still plan to race, just missed yesterday for Dad's b-day. It would be sad to see the season fold, but it would seem people have lots going on making it hard to commit, or perhaps they need a break/change. If things do fold, there is the opportunity, with Ed's absence, to get a GT season going, even if it's a short one. Food for thought.

I say do a short season. It's still nice out and numbers always come up when there's snow on the ground.
