I will still host the practices on the weekends and probably drop in to watch the next couple of races, hopefully things go smoothly

well the good news is they are responsive, i just recieved a notice they are sending me a new V2 motor block. (oasked that they just send me the parts rather then me shipping my base for repair to expedite things) now we just have to see how thier warehouse reacts and if they ship it today, if they do i might be back in business for week after next.
That failure cost me almost 100 IR. I have been trying so hard to keep it over 2500 in order to get into top split fridays. I guess i'll have to work harder when i'm back at it

Sorry to hear of your troubles Tony, but that's the joys of using Fanatec equipment. I have been using Fanatec for years and it is a good idea to have a backup wheel ready.
My first wheel was a Porsche 911 Turbo S (PWTS) which I got at the end of 2009. It gave up after about a year of use. Fanatec replaced it and let me keep the old one.
At the end of 2011, I got a CSR Elite. Some friends wanted to buy my PWTS, but I kept it as a backup for when the CSR Elite failed. Luckily the CSR Elite never did fail.
In 2013, I got a CSW. So I finally sold the PWTS and kept the CSR Elite for my backup.
Last month I got a CSW V2. It failed right out of the box, so I am still using the CSW V1 until I can get the V2 fixed or replaced. Once both CSW wheels are working, I will have a CSR Elite for sale.

That stinks Tony, hopefully you will not be down too long. I really like the new Fanatec wheels but I will be using my G27 till it dies. I can't justify. I have had it for a good 5 years and its still rock solid, now that I say that it will probably die on me

Great news Tony, almost like your Birthday or something Can't help with the V2 settings but I just switched from linear back to non-linear on my V1 last night (Yes, finally driving again!). I wonder why I was using linear to begin with. I'm much preferring the non-linear now.
