Would anybody be interested in running the V8SC official race on Sunday morning? I think the time slot which would work best is 11:15 am EST which is 8:15 am PST. I have checked and there have been no official races in that time slot at all this season. It would be a good chance for us to race on an American server which is very rare in the V8SC series.
Please post if you are interested. We only need 6 to make the race official. Please do not post about this in the iRacing forums.
Time I am looking at is:
16:15 GMT 11:15 am EST 10:15 am CST 9:15 am MST 8:15 am PST

That was fun. I was running better than expected for the first half of the race. Almost keeping up with Troy. Then got into a tank slapper coming out of turn 4 and collected the guy behind me. We should run Sunday races more often.

Thanks for coming out and racing guys. We only had 9, but it was still official and on an American server. I had fun chasing Kevin the whole race waiting for him to make a mistake which he never did.
I plan to be there next Sunday at the same time and hopefully we can get another official race. It's Bathurst this week, so it would be nice to have a larger grid.

I would love to join you guys as well but that's just too early in the morning for me. I'm usually up at 7 AM every morning but I sure wouldn't be in a racing mindset within an hour.

Not enough people for an official race this morning (9:15 MST). Probably a good thing though. Got up this morning, grabbed some coffee, and jumped into a practice session. My first few laps felt great, but were in the 13s. Since my qual for this week is in the 9s, I suspect I would've started quite a ways ahead of my pace.

After the 24 hr race there was no way I could handle the V8 at Bathurst. I had the 1:45 AM to 3:30 AM shift
