A. Drivers Meeting: Before the qualifying session, the steward will hold a brief driver's meeting to review the rules and procedures of the event.
B. Starting Procedures: Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the green-flag rules for this event:
[/font][li] Once all drivers are on the grid, the pace car will lead the field around the track and exit the course as late as possible to enter pit lane.[/li][li] It is not required that drivers form into a single file line, but please use your judgement to determine when it's appropriate.[/li][li] After the pace car enters the pit lane, pole position has responsibility for pacing the field until the green flag.[/li][li] At this time, prior to the green flag being displayed, the leader can either maintain the current pace, or begin accelerating. However, the leader cannot slow down as this may cause an accident further back in the formation lap.[/li][li] As the front row of cars approach the start/finish line, the green flag will be displayed.[/li][li] Once the green flag has been shown, the race has begun and drivers are permitted to pass cars at this time.[/li][/ul]
C. Joining the Race Server: This event will be listed in the "LEAGUES -> LEAGUE SESSION" section of the iRacing dashboard.
D. Custom Car Paints: Trading Paints is the software that allows you to load custom car paints for your car, as well as see the custom paints used by other members. If you're not already using Trading Paints, you can install and setup the software easily by setting up an account and downloading the software at: www.TradingPaints.com.
Drivers are encouraged to download and install our current decal pack, hosted on Dropbox:

The file is current as of 4/18/2015.
To install the files, simply:
- Download the file (~2MB) and save it onto your hard drive
- Unzip the file folders ("bmwz4gt3", "fordgt gt3","mclarenmp4", and "rufrt12r track")
- Copy and paste the new folders into your "my documents\iRacing\paint" folder
- If asked to merge the folder, answer "yes". If asked to copy and replace files, answer "yes"
Use of the GSC decal pack is completely optional. If you install the files and later wish to remove them, the decal files can be deleted by searching for files with the name "car_decal".
* RUF Drivers: As you know, the RUF allows custom numbers. To help our series look professional, we ask all RUF drivers to please use the following settings for the numbers:
- Font: Haettenschweiler
- Lean: Right
- Colors: Black-White-White (#000000 - #FFFFFF - #FFFFFF)

Oh,ok, you have'nt folow Iracing weather for next week race at Silverstone(week6), why? ? I think that it would help the guys, to get ready for next week, right!!!!! |

Oh,ok, you have'nt folow Iracing weather for next week race at Silverstone(week6), why?? I think that it would help the guys, to get ready for next week, right!!!!! if we are not going to use default weather,could we get the weather for the race a week early so we can practice and put up servers with correct weather just spent a few days working on a set for the wrong weather..... |

.Ed, you should folow Iracing weather,like the GRAsim V8 Supercar series does, it would help all of us who run in the Blancpain series, to get ready for the races,ITS SIMPLY LOGICAL |

I have been away for family reasons for the last two weeks but I should be able to join you guys and my teamates for tonights race.
I downloaded the updates and will be ready for tonight at the exceptions of a severe lack of practice :/
