Good idea on the brightness thing.
White should be the stripe color. Every other color is going to clash.
Bill, low iRating is actually good for our team for those that register at the beginning of the race.
Road rage is very bad for this one.
Rule #1: take care of the car Rule #2: TAKE CARE OF THE FUCKING CAR
Also, if this race is in the daytime, we don't have to worry about headlights, right?

Also, I propose we have an informal driver's meeting sometime this week in either an official practice or someone's hosted event.
We can go over several things and possibly practice some scenarios...as in driving in the non-preferred line (we can practice side-by-side racing), in-car adjustments (brake bias and what else?), what to do if the track is blocked (drive in the grass and park it or just cut the course altogether!...there is no max to incident points), properly turning the car OFF in the pit lane so the engine doesn't overheat and grenade, what to do if you blow the bus stop (just go straight and take the course-cut penalty)...
Also practicing working on the spotter channel with spectating. I've done it plenty before, but has anyone else?

Also, I like how the driver stints are shaping up. We have at least two drivers green for every hour!

I would love to join the team but can't commit until at least Friday and that's probably too late, I could put down maybe for the whole day and change it when I find out. My wife's sister goes in for surgery on Friday and have to see how she is before committing .

Just be a reserve driver, Pete. If you pop in and say "I can do a couple hours", that'll always help.

One thing I found whilst spotting during a team race is, if you are spotting then have to leave, turn the spotting back to the computer. Otherwise your driver doesn't get any messages about what's going on around them.

i have my teamspeak server that we can all chat in during the race unless u are spotting or driving. Whoever is the spotter can talk in teamspeak to figure out who will be in the car next.
