If I'd been racing in California last night, who would have delivered that load of Chirstmas presents from Rotterdam to Grimsby in Northern England? The sacrifices we sometimes have to make.

I should explain my post. this was probably the best V8 race i have EVER run, i turned consistent laps and made 3 passes on track and 1 in the pits to move from 6th to 2nd, at one point i was down 9 seconds to the leader and got that down to .7 with 4 laps to go, i had 2 slight bobbles and 2 slight off tracks and then i got real loose and placed it firmly into the wall head first, the good news is it still drove, the bad is I lost a couple of spots and should have lost three but i believe my team mate took pity on me ( thanks Glenn)
the good news is I had pace, and i am very very happy with that, the bad news is I did myself in with a self inflicted error.
On to next week i guess

You had a great run Tony. It was a bummer to see that happen. For myself, I had many small issues and was lucky, and happy, to come home 5th.
